Job summary

JML Landscape Management in Monroeville, PA is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, present recommendations for property improvements and manage all communications within your client portfolio.

You will lead in promoting landscape enhancements, schedule client/site visits, resolve issues, and strive to meet revenue, profitability, and renewal goals while enjoying a family-style culture and a robust benefits package including health insurance, paid

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities.
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
• Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.
• Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
