Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5–10 years landscape industry experience.
• 5–7 years customer-facing leadership and sales growth experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling/reporting tools.
• Team collaboration and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in daily huddles and leadership reviews; coordinate with Enhancement Crews; manage contract renewals in Aspire and DocuSign.
• Approve timesheets and ensure accurate job ticket accounting; manage receivables and reporting.
• Answer calls, texts, and emails within 24 hours; conduct site audits and deliver enhancement proposals.
• Inspect work for quality and coach crews; cross-sell maintenance and irrigation services.
• Plan next-day enhancements; prepare in Aspire; manage purchase orders and property data.
• Lead weekly one-on-one meetings with Crew Leaders; participate in leadership and production meetings.
• Oversee snow management operations during snow seasons.
