Qualifications

• Proficient in plant identification and ornamental horticulture care.
• Strong knowledge of garden and lawn maintenance techniques.
• Solid understanding of ornamental pests and diseases.
• Experience with organic gardening methods.
• Irrigation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing accurate client quotes and planting plans.
• Onsite-customer service and communication throughout the project with client and crew.
• Manage and communicate with crew leaders and account managers.
• Monitor the efficiency of each maintenance crew.
• Be available for contact by phone and email for clients and team members.
• Hold team leader's accountable for results.
• Teach plant identification and plant care.
• Material sourcing and costing.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and goal orientation.
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback to crew members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Other related activities as assigned.
