Lifescape Colorado is seeking an organized, knowledgeable, client-centric Account Manager to oversee a book of assigned clients and drive horticultural success and retention. You will plan, direct, and coordinate landscape enhancements, communicate with clients and crews, and manage opportunities to grow base services and profits.

The role requires strong relationship building, sales ability, and a commitment to white-glove service.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: act as trusted concierge on property, building long-term relationships with clients.
• Enhancement Sales: identify, estimate, sell, and manage landscape enhancement opportunities.
• Sales Tracking: monitor KPIs to reach revenue and profitability targets.
• Site Walks: perform regular garden walks and document health and status.
• Picture Punch Lists: create lists to identify client requests for base or enhanced services.
• Weekly Communication: maintain professional relationships for satisfaction and referrals.
• Irrigation Management: operate irrigation systems and adjust programming on site.
• Garden Quality: oversee maintenance, plant health care, and irrigation.
• Crew Interaction: meet crews on site to ensure high-quality work and teamwork.
