Landscape Workshop seeks an Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts. You will oversee maintenance crews, nurture client relationships, and support branch operations to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving to ensure projects stay on time and within budget. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, with 2+ years of client-facing landscape management

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing landscape maintenance crews or equivalent.
• Customer-facing experience in a service industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of assigned landscape maintenance crews.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Allocate resources including scheduling, crew assignments, and equipment needs; ensure safety and efficiency.
