Job summary

Landscape Workshop, LLC seeks an Account Manager to drive growth in commercial landscape maintenance. You will oversee maintenance crews, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with sales teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will supervise crews, report on hours and expenses, and participate in budgeting and training to ensure quality service and safety on job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of maintenance crews and coordinates with other Account Managers on shared resources.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through relationship building, communication, and site visits.
• Identifies resources needed for the team and assigns duties and equipment.
