Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in horticulture or related field desirable.
• 5–10 years of landscape industry experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in customer-facing role with sales growth track record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in daily huddles; review plans and ensure clear expectations for work completion.
• Review timekeeping, tickets, proposals and customer communications; ensure timely responses.
• Engage customers, conduct site audits, and prepare Enhancement proposals as needed.
• Inspect crews' work for quality and address performance issues through coaching.
• Plan for next-day enhancement jobs; manage scheduling and purchase orders.
