Job summary

Growing Seasons Landscaping is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain long-term client relationships, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The role requires coordinating with the Production Manager to resolve issues, visiting sites, and using LMN for tickets and estimates.

You will manage multiple accounts, stay current on industry practices, and ensure timely communication and collections with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales within a client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and enhancement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management software (LMN).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct site visits to identify improvements and propose enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to resolve service issues.
• Identify and sell enhancement services and coordinate with divisions.
• Master LMN to create work tickets and manage accounts.
• Identify and present new business opportunities to support growth.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and new service offerings.
• Act as liaison between clients and the company, ensuring timely communication and collections.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance growth and satisfaction.
• Uphold the company name, brand, and culture with professional behavior.
• Report to the Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager.
