Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and to drive client satisfaction and retention. You will oversee field operations and coordinate with the Branch Manager to meet service and financial goals.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, delivering timely proposals, leading a team, and ensuring high-quality service across job sites with regular site visits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and oversee field operations.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations.
