Job summary

MMC Land Management in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks an Assistant Landscape Account Manager to join our family-owned team and grow in client relations, project planning, site measurements, and day-to-day operations support.

You will assist managers, measure properties, prepare proposals, identify enhancement opportunities to drive sales, coordinate crews, monitor contracts and budgets, and update clients, including snow removal during winter.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance and design.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong client-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support account and operations managers in daily activities and project execution.
• Measure commercial properties and assist in preparing detailed proposals based on client requests.
• Identify and recommend landscape enhancement opportunities and additional services to clients to help generate sales.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks for multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate professionally with customers to address needs and provide updates on services.
• Participate in and help manage snow removal activities during the winter season as needed.
