Job summary

MMC Land Management is a family-owned commercial land management company serving Western Pennsylvania, including Gibsonia, Mars, Robinson Township, and the Meadowlands. The Assistant Landscape Account Manager will support account and operations managers, measure properties, and help prepare proposals while identifying opportunities to grow services.

The role emphasizes hands-on client relations, project planning, and coordinating field crews, with potential winter snow removal responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience in landscape maintenance and design.
Associate's degree in horticulture or related field.
Valid driver's license.
Strong client-service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Willingness to participate in snow removal operations during winter months.

Responsibilities

Support account and operations managers in daily activities and project execution.
Measure commercial properties and assist in preparing detailed proposals based on client requests.
Identify and recommend landscape enhancement opportunities and additional services to clients to help generate sales.
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks for multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance.
Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Communicate professionally with customers to address needs and provide updates on services.
Participate in and help manage snow removal activities during the winter season as needed.
