Job summary

Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) in Aurora, IL is seeking an Associate Account Manager to build and foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction across our growing portfolio of commercial landscapes.

You will partner with clients to present recommendations for property improvements, coordinate with the Operations team to resolve issues, and work toward revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, stay organized and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with LCM clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in presenting recommendations for property improvements and quality service within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within the client portfolio alongside the Account Management team.
• Partner with clients to promote landscape enhancements to beautify properties.
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to meet service expectations.
• Work with Operations to resolve customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the portfolio.
