Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Trainer to build capabilities and performance across Land Acquisition, Entitlement, and Development. You will collaborate with SME’s and Learning & Development to translate real-world experiences into learning solutions and coaching that accelerates onboarding and strengthens technical expertise.

The role requires field engagement, travel up to 25%, and close partnership with Land leaders to align training with company standards and local market nuances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Land Acquisition, Entitlement, or Development or related real estate experience.
• Strong ability to translate complex land concepts into practical training materials.
• Travel up to 25% to support training, coaching, and field engagement.
• Proven track record in facilitating learning and field coaching across land disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary subject matter contributor in one land discipline while gaining working knowledge of related areas.
• Lead onboarding programs and develop role-based learning paths for land professionals.
• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and field-based training with real projects and case studies.
• Provide coaching and field support to apply learning on the job and improve performance.
