Qualifications

• 5+ years of Land Acquisition, Entitlement, and/or Land Development experience or related real estate experience.
• Experience translating complex land and financial concepts into practical learning for field teams.
• Strong collaboration with Land leaders, SMEs, and Learning & Development to deliver effective trainings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary subject matter contributor in at least one land discipline (Acquisition, Entitlement, or Development).
• Develop and deliver engaging onboarding and ongoing learning for Land teams across acquisition, entitlement, and development.
• Create learning materials including instructor-led sessions, case studies, simulations, and digital modules.
• Lead onboarding programs to accelerate readiness and performance of new Land team members.
• Coordinate training operations, schedules, enrollment, and LMS administration to ensure high-quality delivery.
