Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Trainer to accelerate readiness and performance across Land Acquisition, Entitlement, and Development. You will translate real-world experiences into practical learning, deliver instructor-led and field-based programs, and collaborate with SMEs and Learning & Development designers.

Qualifications

5+ years of Land Acquisition, Entitlement, or Development experience.
Ability to translate complex land concepts into training content.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for field engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding programs to accelerate readiness of Land teams.
Develop learning materials: ILT programs, case studies, simulations, and job aids.
Coach and mentor field teams to apply learning on the job.
Coordinate training operations, logistics, and LMS administration.
Partner with Land leaders to identify capability needs and priorities.
