Qualifications

• 5+ years of Land Acquisition, Entitlement, or Development experience.
• Ability to translate complex land concepts into clear learning materials.
• Proven coaching and field-based training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary subject matter contributor in at least one land discipline and develop working knowledge of related disciplines.
• Partner with Land leaders to identify capability needs and learning priorities.
• Lead onboarding programs for new Land team members and develop role-based learning paths.
• Coordinate and manage training operations, including logistics, enrollment, LMS administration, and materials production.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences through classroom, virtual, and field-based instruction and provide ongoing coaching.
• Continuously improve programs using learner feedback and performance data.
