Expect travel up to 25% to support division, field, and project-based learning initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in land-related real estate or development, and a proven track record coaching others.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Land Acquisition, Land Entitlement, or Land Development experience
- Strong professionalism and alignment with Stanley Martin Homes values
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% for training and field engagements
- Experience coaching and developing others in a field-based environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary subject matter contributor in at least one land discipline
- Partner with Land leaders to identify capability needs and training priorities
- Lead onboarding programs for new Land team members
- Deliver engaging learning experiences in classroom, virtual, and field settings
- Provide coaching and field support to apply learning on the job
- Coordinate training operations and learning system administration
