Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Trainer to elevate capabilities across Acquisition, Entitlement, and Development. You will translate field experiences into practical learning, lead onboarding, and partner with SMEs and instructional designers to deliver impactful programs.

The role requires travel up to 25% to support training, coaching, and field engagement. Five-plus years in land fields and strong collaboration with Land leaders are essential for success.

Qualifications

5+ years of Land Acquisition, Entitlement, or Development experience.
Ability to translate complex land concepts into practical learning.
Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding programs to accelerate readiness for Land teams.
Translate real-world land concepts into engaging learning content.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and field-based instruction with case studies.
Coach and mentor staff to apply learning on the job.
Coordinate logistics, enrollments, and learning-system tasks.
