Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes seeks a Land Trainer to enhance capabilities across Land Acquisition, Entitlement, and Development. The role partners with Land leaders and SMEs to translate real-world scenarios into practical learning, coaching, and scalable development solutions.

You will work with Learning & Development designers to create materials, lead onboarding, and ensure consistent execution of the Stanley Martin Way. Travel up to 25% supports division, field, and project initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Land Acquisition, Entitlement, or Development experience.
• Strong professionalism, sound judgment, and travel willingness.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support training and field engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary subject matter contributor in at least one land discipline (Acquisition, Entitlement, or Development).
• Partner with Land leaders to identify capability needs, training priorities, and onboarding opportunities.
• Lead onboarding programs and develop role-based learning paths for Land professionals.
• Coordinate and manage training operations, logistics, and learning system administration.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, and field environments; provide coaching and field support.
