Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes seeks a Land Trainer to build capabilities across Land Acquisition, Entitlement, and Development. You will collaborate with Land leaders, SMEs, and L&D designers to deliver practical, field-connected learning, onboarding, and performance support.

Travel up to 25% is required to support sites and divisions. You will translate complex land concepts into engaging training, lead onboarding programs, and help develop role-based learning paths while ensuring consistent execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Land Acquisition, Entitlement, or Land Development experience.
• Ability to translate complex land concepts into practical learning.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support training and field engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary subject matter contributor in at least one land discipline (Acquisition, Entitlement, or Development).
• Translate real-world experiences into engaging learning materials and programs.
• Lead onboarding programs and develop role-based learning paths for Land professionals.
• Coordinate training operations, logistics, and learner communications.
• Provide ongoing coaching and field support to apply learning on the job.
• Continuously improve learning content reflecting evolving processes and market realities.
