Job summary

Orion Placement in Virginia Beach, VA seeks an experienced land surveying leader to drive complex projects from kickoff to final delivery on-site. You will coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and office staff, while owning project scope, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables.

You will provide technical guidance on boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys, ensuring accuracy, adherence to standards, and exceptional client service across a diverse project mix.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of land surveying experience.
• Experience coordinating survey projects.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and practices.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, construction, and/or ALTA/NSPS surveying.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
