LHH is seeking an experienced Surveying Project Manager to lead land surveying projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with clients and technical teams.

The role emphasizes program oversight, budget and schedule management, mentorship of junior staff, and contribution to business development in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive surveying experience with project management responsibilities.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/RLS) preferred or ability to obtain.
  • Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction survey services.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard surveying and CAD software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
  • Support business development efforts through networking, proposal preparation, and client engagement.
  • Mentor and develop junior survey staff and project personnel.
  • Assist with resource planning and workload management across project teams.
