Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Lead all phases of land surveying projects, from scope development to scheduling and execution
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, and budget expectations
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent standards and client satisfaction
Client & Business Development
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Support new and existing business development efforts, including proposal preparation
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships to expand project opportunities
Leadership & Mentoring
  • Supervise, mentor, and train survey staff to foster professional growth
  • Promote a collaborative, high‑performance work environment
  • Guide teams on complex projects and technical challenges
Technical Expertise
  • Apply hands‑on surveying and geomatics knowledge to complex projects
  • Utilize CAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation for project execution
  • Ensure compliance with professional surveying standards and regulations
