Job summary

Orionplacement in the United States seeks an experienced land surveying leader to oversee projects from kickoff through final delivery on-site at Virginia Beach, VA; Glen Allen, VA; or Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Lead field crews, coordinate office staff, manage scope, schedules and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while providing technical direction on boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of land surveying experience.
• Experience coordinating or managing survey projects.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and practices.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate field and office teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, schedules, and deadlines.
• Client-focused with attention to detail.
• Surveying software, CADD, GPS and digital field-data experience is a plus.
