Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Analyst in San Antonio, TX to work closely with the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Land Transaction Manager. You will source, prepare competitive market analyses, assemble financial reports, and support in preparing feasibility books for corporate approval.

Responsibilities include leading financial analysis, underwriting proformas, and assisting in acquisitions opportunities, with a focus on achieving optimal financial plans for the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline required.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Local real estate knowledge is highly beneficial.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with working knowledge of mapping applications.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a lead role in the financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans, summarizing actual and projected performance.
• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, sources and uses of funds, cash flow forecasts, break-even analysis and IRR.
• Assist in financial feasibility analysis for acquisitions opportunities.
• Prepare underwriting proformas and related financial documentation for assets.
• Perform asset sales pricing analysis and formulate financial deal points for dispositions.
• Recommend price/profit participation structures and payment schedules.
