Four Seasons Lanai Resort is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen areas and service ware, supporting efficient operations. The role requires legal work authorization in the United States and Hawaii TB clearance.

On-island housing and comprehensive benefits are available. The position honors on-site responsibilities with a 7-days-a-week schedule and physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.

About the location:

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna’i, a kid's club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. STEWARD

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Steward who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Stewards maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and service ware, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards while supporting efficient kitchen operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment; properly store all items after washing

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas, including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains, and production spaces

• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and procedures

• Manage stewarding carts, remove and dispose of trash, and clean walk-ins and refrigeration units

• Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards and proper protective measures

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

• Hawaii Driver's License and Abstract is required for this role

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
