Four Seasons Resort Lanai seeks a passionate Pool Server to deliver world-class hospitality at our luxury island retreat. You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless service.

This role offers on-island housing options, employer-paid medical benefits, and a competitive hourly wage. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to stand for extended periods.

• Explain menu offerings, specials, ingredients, and preparation methods while making personalized food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders, guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests into POS and reservation systems.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Assist guests with seating, chair and umbrella setup, towels, water service, and pool amenities in accordance with Forbes standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism and hospitality.
• Build rapport with guests by recognizing preferences and providing personalized, attentive service.
• Process guest checks, room charges, cash and credit card transactions, and authorized adjustments accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented pool, dining, and service areas throughout the shift.

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna'i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna'i, a kid's club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. POOL SERVER

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for passionate individuals, where you will create exceptional guest experiences, showcase your expertise and enthusiasm, and embody the Golden Rule in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Explain menu offerings, specials, ingredients, and preparation methods while making personalized food and beverage recommendations.


• Accurately enter orders, guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests into POS and reservation systems.


• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages.


• Assist guests with seating, chair and umbrella setup, towels, water service, and pool amenities in accordance with Forbes standards.


• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism and hospitality.


• Build rapport with guests by recognizing preferences and providing personalized, attentive service.


• Process guest checks, room charges, cash and credit card transactions, and authorized adjustments accurately.


• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented pool, dining, and service areas throughout the shift.


• Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and replenishment of service stations and guest amenities.


• Transport and restock supplies, linens, towels, and operational materials to support seamless daily operations.


• Uphold all service, safety, cleanliness, and luxury hospitality standards while collaborating with pool and restaurant teams.

What To Bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States


• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.


• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card


• Hawaii Food Handler's Card is required


• Maui Liquor Card is preferred, but not required


• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
