Four Seasons Lanai is seeking a General Maintenance Helper to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs across a luxury resort on Lanai.

Qualifications
- Legal work authorization in the United States.
- Availability seven days a week, 24 hours; holidays and weekends may vary.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
- Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering work areas and hotel spaces.
- Perform painting, sanding, staining, and light carpentry tasks.
- Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Support troubleshooting and repairs of equipment such as motors, breakers, and chillers.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests in rooms and public areas.
- Assist in emergency responses, including fire alarms and power outages.
- Help transport and manage parts, tools, and materials as needed.

The General Maintenance Helper provides maintenance and repair services for hotel equipment and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, while responding to issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering work areas and hotel spaces
- Perform painting, sanding, staining, and light carpentry tasks
- Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
- Support troubleshooting and repairs of equipment such as motors, breakers, and chillers
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests in rooms and public areas

- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
- Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance
- Hourly Rate: $26.36
