Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lana’i is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, conduct guest room inspections, and uphold luxury service standards. The role emphasizes directing teams, ensuring impeccable presentation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a five-diamond resort setting.

This position requires legal work authorization in the United States, willingness to work across shifts, and prior housekeeping experience.

Qualifications

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• Previous experience in Housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping assignments, monitor productivity, and provide guidance to housekeeping teams across all shifts.
• Assist Housekeeping Management with administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure efficient daily operations and service excellence.
• Oversee preparation of VIP arrivals and special accommodations, ensuring rooms meet luxury standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and special needs, coordinating with appropriate departments for timely resolution.

HOUSEKEEPING FLOOR SUPERVISOR

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You’ll Do

The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations and conducts inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained. This role supports team performance, coordinates daily assignments, and helps deliver an exceptional guest experience in accordance with luxury hospitality standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, VIP arrivals, show rooms, and priority rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards are consistently maintained
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations by assigning work, monitoring productivity, and providing guidance and support to housekeeping teams across all shifts
• Assist Housekeeping Management with administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure efficient daily operations and service excellence
• Oversee the preparation of VIP arrivals and special accommodations, ensuring rooms are guest-ready and meet established luxury hospitality standards
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special needs, coordinating with appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution and guest satisfaction

What To Bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Previous experience in Housekeeping is preferred.
