Job summary
Databricks is seeking a Lakebase Associate Director Specialist to accelerate Lakebase adoption across strategic accounts. You will partner with regional Account Executives to identify opportunities, articulate value to platform and data teams, and drive multi-stakeholder deals that impact real-time analytics and AI-enabled workloads.
You will lead discovery through negotiation, orchestrate proofs-of-value, and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to shape territory
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proven success selling data platforms or adjacent data/AI infrastructure to technical and business buyers.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud-native services, and AI-enabled workloads.
- Ability to sell to technical stakeholders (developers, architects, data engineers) and business leaders.
- Experience leading specialist/overlay motions with core Account Executives to progress opportunities.
- Executive presence to whiteboard architectures and lead C-level conversations.
Responsibilities
- Drive Lakebase activations and consumption within a defined territory in partnership with regional AEs.
- Lead with outcomes for platform, data, and IT stakeholders, articulating how Lakebase enables faster feature delivery and governance.
