Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lab Diagnostic Sales Specialist to manage capital equipment sales in clinical labs, from lead generation to closing system deals across chemistry, immunology, histology, microbiology and molecular diagnostics. You will build strategies with manufacturers, drive opportunities, and conduct demonstrations to show how the portfolio improves lab workflows and patient outcomes.

The role requires travel up to 75%, a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, and proven sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Sales experience in Laboratory industry strongly preferred.
• Functional understanding of Laboratory workflow and process.
• Experience working in complex sales environments with demonstrated success.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales processes of capital equipment in clinical laboratories.
• Qualify and develop opportunities; grow a robust regional pipeline.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and road shows; present data-driven solutions.
• Negotiate with customers and suppliers to reach mutual favorable outcomes.
• Maintain SFDC records and perform administrative tasks and market feedback.
