AdventHealth in Celebration, FL is seeking a Laboratory Manager to lead the clinical laboratory, oversee budgeting, staffing, compliance with CLIA, OSHA and accreditation standards, and drive quality improvement.

The role requires 5+ years of clinical laboratory leadership, a Bachelor's degree, MLS/ASCP, and strong communication. You will mentor staff, manage performance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to extend compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• > 1 year of leadership experience in a lab setting
• "> 5+ years of clinical laboratory experience
• "> Knowledge of CLIA, OSHA, CAP, AABB, DNV and related standards
• "> Ability to train and supervise staff
• "> Ability to manage budgets and metrics

Responsibilities

• > Follows safety policies and trains on PPE, hazardous waste handling
• }> Leads performance improvement and unit goals
• > Manages budgeting, department metrics, and labor productivity
