Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a clinical lab.
• 5+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
• MLS/ASCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in laboratory performance improvement activities.
• Manage budgeting, department metrics, goals and productivity.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Read, interpret and address complex test results as a resource.
