AdventHealth seeks an experienced laboratory leader to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality clinical testing and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes staff development, safety, and process improvement within a faith-based health system.

The candidate will oversee performance metrics, budget, and quality initiatives while maintaining excellent communication with cross-functional teams. This full-time daytime role supports patient care across our Palm Coast facility in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads laboratory performance improvement activities and staff scheduling.
• Oversees budgeting, metrics, quality initiatives, and safety.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory standards.
• Mentors staff and conducts training.
