Qualifications

B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or similar life sciences or engineering discipline and years of relevant experience as listed below.
Proven laboratory management experience with a strong understanding of lab operations and safety protocols.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Laboratory Operations Management: Act as the primary point of contact for laboratory functions, providing guidance and support to laboratory staff.
Equipment and Maintenance Oversight: Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance for laboratory equipment and coordinate with technicians.
Required Skills and Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and trouble-shooting instruments across listed techniques.
