Parexel is seeking a Scientist 3 - Laboratory and Instrumentation Coordinator for a full-time, onsite assignment at a client site in Rahway, NJ. You will oversee daily lab operations, manage resources, and ensure lab safety across labs while coordinating equipment maintenance and staffing.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biology or related field with 3–5 years of experience, and demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualificações

• Proven laboratory management experience with strong safety understanding.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and departments.
• Proficient with MS Office and common lab documentation practices.
• Experience troubleshooting instruments and analytical techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for laboratory functions and staff guidance.
• Coordinate lab operations during stand-downs and initiatives.
• Manage storage facilities, including emergency protocols and clean-outs.
• Prepare mobile phase and stock solutions; ensure expiry and stock levels.
• Receive samples and ensure readiness for testing.
