Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Scientist 3 – Laboratory and Instrumentation Coordinator for a full-time, long-term assignment onsite at a client site in Rahway, NJ. You will serve as the primary contact for laboratory operations across multiple labs, ensuring safety and efficient use of resources.

The role requires a B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field with 3–5 years of experience, and involves managing equipment maintenance, preparing reagents, inventory control, and coordinating

Qualifications

• B.S. in chemistry or life sciences with relevant lab experience.
• Experience operating laboratory instrumentation and maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple lab activities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for laboratory operations across labs.
• Manage equipment maintenance scheduling and service technicians.
• Prepare mobile phase and stock solutions and ensure expiry dating.
• Receive samples and prepare them for testing; ensure proper inventory.
