You will serve as the main point of contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll, using software to minimize overtime and agency spend, and lead the Labor Management Team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes. This position requires a strong background in healthcare payroll.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience preferably in healthcare or long-term care with payroll experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs.
• Balance nursing center staffing needs with financial performance.
• Use software to minimize overtime and nursing agency spend while maintaining HPPD and salary expenses.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize KPIs across clinical, financial and HR operating results.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
