Genesis is hiring for a leadership role in a nursing center to oversee payroll, scheduling, and labor spend while ensuring staffing coverage and cost controls. The role focuses on coordinating payroll activities, improving efficiency, and balancing staff needs with budgetary constraints.

The position requires extensive experience in healthcare scheduling and payroll, with a preferred Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or related field.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of prior work experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Experience in scheduling, timekeeping, or payroll is highly desired.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll per policies.
• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs.
• Balance staffing with patient care and financial performance.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and budget.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR results.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
