Job summary

Our firm is seeking entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups in Labor & Employment/Data Privacy to build on a national platform. The opportunity targets candidates with established client relationships in Labor & Employment and Data Privacy, plus portable business and leadership capabilities.

Hybrid work arrangement with flexible collaboration across offices, strong client service culture, and opportunities for market expansion.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing within a sophisticated law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace matters and data privacy compliance.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships while driving new business development.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
