Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing within a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and demonstrated client development/retention.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience across listed areas.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment candidates.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience.
• Strong client relationships and ability to transition clients onto a new platform.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding and strengthening practices.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice while leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment and privacy matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Mentor associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives in targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture of responsiveness, excellence, collaboration and client service.
