Qualifications

• Established portable book of business
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience including employment litigation, traditional labor, labor relations, investigations, wage & hour, counseling and compliance
• Data privacy & compliance experience
• Strong client relationships and ability to integrate clients onto a new platform

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice leveraging a national platform
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and privacy matters
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives
• Develop and manage client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
• Mentor associates and junior attorneys and support strategic growth initiatives
