Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academics.
• Active Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace matters and privacy compliance.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and wage/hour issues.
