Ideal candidates bring a portable book, established client relationships, and leadership to expand practice areas within a collaborative national firm.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and demonstrated client development and retention.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience including litigation, labor relations, investigations, wage & hour, and counseling.
• First-chair litigation experience is valued for employment matters.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience.
• Strong client relationships and ability to transition clients onto a new platform.
• Excellent business judgment, leadership, and client service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice while leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel on labor, employment, and workplace matters and data privacy compliance.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives in targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
