National Labor & Employment Law Firm is seeking entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups to build on a national platform across multiple markets, including Las Vegas, Reno, Seattle, and Houston. The role offers autonomy, strong resources, and a collaborative culture for expanding client relationships and practice areas in labor, employment, and data privacy.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a prestigious school, active Bar in at least one U.S.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing within a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and demonstrated client development/retention.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience: Employment Litigation, Traditional Labor, Labor Relations, Workplace Investigations, Wage & Hour, Counseling and Compliance.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment litigation candidates.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience.
• Strong client relationships and ability to transition clients onto a new platform.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding and strengthening practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and data privacy matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
