Undisclosed Firm, a national management-side labor, employment, and workplace law firm, seeks entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups to grow across existing offices and targeted expansion markets on its national platform.

The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with established client relationships in Labor & Employment, Traditional Labor, Labor Relations, Workplace Investigations, Wage & Hour, and Data Privacy & Compliance, offering flexibility in managing clients and billing

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Significant experience practicing in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and demonstrated client development and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice using a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace issues and data privacy compliance matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships while driving new business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
