Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in good standing.
• Established portable book of business with demonstrated client development and retention.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand a successful practice leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and data privacy matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
