ZT Labels is seeking a Business Development and Growth Specialist to drive growth and customer engagement in the printing sector. The role blends sales, marketing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.

You will develop lead-generation strategies, build client relationships, and collaborate with Operations to ensure capability alignment as the business expands.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Market Development, Commercial Growth, Product Marketing.

Aufgaben

• Identify new customers, industries, applications, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue.
• Bring ideas and recommendations for improving our website, digital presence, and customer experience.
• Explore opportunities in SEO, digital marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, direct marketing, and lead generation.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Ask questions to understand customer applications and identify opportunities where ZT Labels products can provide value.
• Research markets, customer segments, and new applications for our products.
• Work closely with Operations and Production to ensure growth opportunities align with our capabilities.
• Gather customer and market insights and share recommendations with leadership.
