Job summary

Veolia Water Tech is seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to install, service, and calibrate laboratory water purification systems across the Northeast region. The role demands strong mechanical and electrical skills, customer focus, and the ability to travel and work independently in customer facilities.

You will collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure timely, high-quality service and to identify opportunities for PMs and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Two years of field service experience or equivalent
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Northeast region and beyond

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, configure, and validate laboratory water purification systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and software updates.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical failures at customer sites.
• Generate service reports, calibration docs, and quotes for repairs/PMs.
• Provide customer training on system operation and maintenance.
