Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar capacity preferred.
• CPT-A Phlebotomy Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood specimen collection on adult and pediatric patients.
• Order laboratory tests and process specimens for testing.
• Label specimens in the presence of the patient.
• Review specimens and requisitions to assure quality.
• Process specimens accurately and maintain specimen integrity.
• Assist with training of new staff as requested.
